About This Project

An internal enterprise application used by Decagon to process and track the placement of fellowship engineers into client companies, including client feedback and ongoing performance evaluation. I built and optimised the frontend.

  • Placement Management: Centralised tracking from candidate selection through to placement in a client organisation.
  • Client Feedback & Rating: Client companies rate and give feedback on the engineers they work with, feeding back into development.
  • Performance Evaluation: Ratings roll up into a view of engineer performance across placements.
